Good appointments need good timing.
Please give 48 hours for changes. Late arrivals may require a shorter service. Color corrections and extensions begin with consultation. We never perform a chemical service we cannot support safely.
Our standard is simple: explain the decision, protect the hair, and make the result possible to live with.
Questions are part of the appointment. If something changes the timing, price, or expected result, we pause and make that clear before continuing.
